Homebrew NTR won't load

So, I have followed this tutorial 3ds.hacks.guide/get-started-(old-3ds) to install SafeB9Installer, boot9strap, and Luma3DS. I followed the tutorial completely, and everything went well as intended. I have installed the latest NTR (in the screenshot included) so I can hack Ice Station Z and Steel Diver Sub Wars. Everything seems to work, until I try to load the NTR. I wanted to hack these two games but NTR won't work. Loading the application brings me to the screen on the bottom where it tells me it can't be loaded, and the B button to reboot.

Is it possible to downgrade? I was excited to hack my 3DS to find out that the latest version of NTR is broken with the latest Luma3DS. Help is apreciated.

Also, where can I get the plugin for Steel Diver Sub Wars? I cannot find it anywhere.

Some other info:

- I own a 3DS XL, the blue color
- System OS: 'Sys 11.14.0-46U', Ver. was replaced by Sys when I followed the tutorial
- Installed NTR Version: 3.6
- Installed boot9strap Version: 1.3
- Installed Luma3DS Version: 10.2.1
- Installed B9Installer: 0.0.7

Looks like you didn't install the latest BootNTR, check https://github.com/Nanquitas/BootNTR/releases/latest . Also, make sure to read the notice in the page.

you need a special version of luma as it says on the boot ntr selector github. I have it. it works, but it's still kinda unstable. ntr has always been unstable for me though.

ntr is a modification of luma 3ds I think. you run luma 3ds, then you inject ntr cfw into it.

just replace the boot.firm on the root of your sd card (I only changed this one and left the ctrnand boot.firm the official luma). then, install boot ntr selector (doesn't matter which banner you use as the code is the same for both). use fbi to do that. then, just boot the system up, open ntr selector, should choose 3.6 by default, and you're all set.

the banner doesn't matter, and mode3 is just for old 3ds. and, yes, if fbi is on your home menu. another option is if it's a homebrew 3dsx. if fbi is in your 3ds folder, you need to use the homebrew launcher.

Okay, so I finally got NTR running (Yay!) So I already have the Ice Station Z Plugin in /plugins/(ISZ ID)/cheat.plg

It was saying I have to use X+Y in games or some menu. How do I enable cheats for Ice Station Z?

I don't remember exactly. I haven't used cheats in a long time, since the days of getting them from gateway (if that's even still done). I think you have to put the check files in a certain folder, then they usually tell you the button press for in game.
