I agree with you on that point.

But, I still say they should have waited for releasing the Nintendo 3DS so they could at least have some games that people could play to take their time to make the other games, but that is just my opinion.

Not really, the people upset w/ the lack of content should have waited. Why is it Nintendo's job to police a bunch of overly eager gamers, fanboys and consumer whores? I'm not suggesting I don't fall into one of those categories. I could have, and probably should have waited till the line up was a bit more populated but I'm not one of the ones upset w/ my choice. Pretty much anyone internet savvy enough to know about and get a launch day 3DS should have known what the release schedule for games looked like and the browser and e-shop would be missing. We bought it anyway, that's not Nintendo's fault...

W/ all this animosity it's generating, though, it may very well have been a mistake.
