Nosigchk after updating

I used the all in one updater to update everything without issue (updated the firmware last), and when I reboot I keep running into nosigchk and if I continue it gives me a fatal error when attempting to boot into atmosphere.

How would I go about fixing this?

*I'm very new to the scene so pardon my ignorance plz*

I used the all in one updater to update everything

Using AIO updater is NOT updating manually, just saying. Do as @impeeza suggested, do it really manually to avoid problems.

I am getting this error too. I had used AIO, but have since wiped my SD card and manually installed Atmosphere + sys patches. Still getting the nosigchk error upon booting atmosphere (Atmos 1.8.0 / System 19.0.0 / Syspatch 1.5.4).

Try running the Archive Bit fix via Hekate.
