Homebrew Noob simple question

So, my friend has a Wii but no SD card. I have an SD card and I set up homebrew channel on his Wii. I remember I also set up neogamma to run from the Wii Menu without having to use my SD card.

But I couldn't remember how. Since now, when I take my SD acrd out from 'MY' wii, and I try to load neogammer, it goes 'Cannot find SD card'

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Looks like you originally installed a NeoGamma channel, but this time you have only installed a forwarder on your friend's Wii.

Check out these channels, hopefully they'll work for you.

yeah,,, u have installed forwarder to ur friend and when u removed SD then forwarder didnt find the path in sd:\apps\neogamma\boot.dol
Then u need to install neogamma channel if u dont wanna use SD.
Btw, I hope u have Bootmii as boot2 or priiloader + nand backup before installing these channels. Bad wad can brick ur wii.
