I Just restored my raw nand, as well as boot0 and boot1. and after they completed, all with no errors, my switch no longer turns on. I get nothing, no colored screen, nor do I get a backlight that comes on.
I was on the latest Switch Update (I think) and my nand was from 4.1 which is what my console came with when I bought it. Is there anything I can do? Or do I have to hope Nintendo will unban the console so I can send it in for repairs.

If you need any other info, let me know and I will try and provide.

Did you update to the latest version from 4.1 safely (via homebrew)?
Did you enable RCM?
Why do you think Nintendo would unban consoles? Defeats the purpose don`t you think?

What was your FW before restore? You might need to boot thru RCM.

I believe it was 6.0. I have tried getting into RCM Through my phone, as I usually do to no avail. I will try to use my computer to do so.

So, I will have to do more research, but I think when I was trying to get into RCM after the restore, I may have hit Pin 4 with my paperclip jig. Which according to the hacking guide, is a no-no.

Did you use the software to update with out burning fuses with autorcm? If you burned your fuses to 6.0 level you can't restore older firmware pre-6.0

As others have said, you can't just restore an older nand and have it boot normally. You have to take steps when you upgraded to make it so you can downgrade later. If you updated to 6.x normally you cant downgrade by restoring your older nand.

Yes you can. But you have to always boot thru RCM (e.g. Hekate -> launch -> stock)

Look at what I posted. "...and have it boot normally" I'm talking about booting OFW and not going into RCM.

Also that's not a true downgrade. That's just temporarily booting a lower firmware

you can restore to a previous nand backup IF you've updated without burning any fuse. i suppose you are on 6.x and you did restored a 4.1 backup, so the switch hangs after a fuse mismatch
i guess the only way to fix this is to boot in rcm and update the nand via ChoidujourNX

interesting. are we able to update the nand's firmware via choidujournx? so if i update the nand to 6.0 i will still have a "clean" image of my switch (updated tho)
