Hacking No ban no sky not patching?

ok so I have been away from this scene for awhile, and trying to update my templates etc, but when using the SKY3DS template... trying to patch it with my header.bin file my privater header, when I click patch template all games on no ban no sky, it pops up completed patched these many games, but checking the template no header has changed.. anyone know?

the template file should not be opened when u use the patcher.
if that not working, use those ultimate editor replace all the header row
