Hardware Homebrew game NKit Processing App will not convert my NKit.ISO to ISO

I guess this is also TECHNICALLY a Wii U category based thread, since this is in the vWii. Anyways, I have tried multiple times to convert an NKit.iso to simply an ISO, but no matter which settings I've tried changing, I keep getting a "Update Partition Missing" thing, but it says that it should be fixable, but I do not think it is being fixed, so I'm not entirely sure if it factors to the final error, but at the end of the transcript within the processing app, it shows, and this is copied from the app itself..

The nkit ISO formato is a extracted data, you need that data to restore the ISO, and that data have it the person who convert the ISO to nkit

nkit.iso format strips things like the update partition from the complete ISO. Nkit needs the database and files to readd those in, in order to restore the original ISO. Make sure the Nkit you're using has those (Wii, presumably) database files.
