Hacking Nintendont MasterMOD doesn't have a theme option

I just got the MasterMOD for Nintendont which allows to use themes but I can't find the theme options anywhere.

I replaced the boot.dol of the MasterMOD with the one of the normal Nintendont. Am I missing something?
