Hacking Nintendont - Apply Settings to Installed Games?

I'm using WUP installer to install Gamecube games I've gotten from USBHelper. I also have the most recent version of Nintendont installed on the vWii, and it is successfully loading and playing games.

The issue I have is that the GC games are forced in to a 16:9 aspect ratio regardless of the Nintendont configuration.

How to I apply Nintendont settings to games installed via WUP Installer?

Go into vWii and change it in Nintendont. But you have to have a GC game on your sd card for it to make the changes because if you change a setting you have to start a game for it to take effect.

Nevermind you said you already changed it in Nintendont.
