Obviously not a homophobe or someone that has issues with their own sexuality. Perhaps one of the thousands of girls who play would like to look at a penis, or perhaps the gay men would. Ultimately, it's not a real penis and anyone with a problem with something like that should simply grow up. Do you not look at your own?
