Hacking Nintendo switch with cfw getting stuck on Nintendo switch logo

I have a weird issue I haven't ran into before. I installed a picofly chip on a customers switch, he sent it back saying it gets stuck on the Nintendo switch logo.

Tried wiping sd card, using different sd cards, rebuilding all files. It will boot up fine when I reinstall the files and either make a partition or sd file emummc, but when it's on for a while (20 minutes or so) it will not charge anymore, then I reboot and it gets stuck on the switch logo. Anyone ever ran into this before?

I've tried wiping sysmmc using tegra explorer, reinitializing multiple times but it keeps behaving the same way.
