After an incident, a lot of my files on my Switch SD Card were deleted. That means I can't run my Switch. Is there a download that contains the files? If so, please give a link. It would be really appreciative!

I think your confused friend. Your switch generates files on the SD card. i.e. Games, pics, recordings. There is nothing to download.
Unless you are talking about a modded switch perhaps?
