Woah, thats one hell of a collection oO

Thank you for distributing, but I have a question - will you update the pack as new games come out? ._.

QUOTEI'll try to update this ever 100 releases or so, as it's a bit tedious.

Yeah, the only other collection of icons that rivals this has about 1700 icons, with no more updates. (of course excluding NDS Release sites, like this one)

Rominator.

All of the icons are contained in that program.

Are these custom icons? If so, why?

Rominator doesn't contain every icon (to my knowledge) rather it downloads them based on a release DAT. These aren't custom icons, just each official one by release number.

I've yet to have a ROM in my Rominator Library fail to come with the matching icon.

If anyone wants to extract their own icons easily: DSicontool. It extracts them to 4bit (16 color paletted) bmps. And as for the reason why people might want a collection of DS icons:

That better be computer generated.

Because if someone spent their precious time doing that... They should have made us pay to see it lol.

Would you happen to have a version of that image with all the icons at their original size?

I used AndreaMosaic to generate it. It is a pretty impressive program that has a lot of customizable options.

As for a version of that image composed with the full 32x32 icons it would require a very powerful computer to process the image. I tried resizing the original image to accommodate the full bitmaps and that alone required 1.24G of memory.

Nice collection of icons, thank you. Does anyone know where I can find some of the later Boxshots of NDS games? Thank you. Nice quality ones?
if you want covers, get httrack (yes with double t)
its a program to mirror hole websites on your HD
i mirrored dsromplanet.com they got all covers

I think this would be used for homebrew developers, before you ask, for me it's because some like me might be a newbie and need to get a good idea of what a NDS ROM icon is going to look like and the colors you can use on it. Please reply if you have any more info or if you don't understand what i'm saying.

These are VERY helpful for my icons on Loadiine. Though, I am a bit sad you lack post-2008 games on it, I am very happy you have so many from 2004-2008.

Also, really sad they're not given names, cause some of the anime girl ones had me curious as to what kinds of games those are. Though, I can only imagine that they are visual novels.
