I tried to play Fortnite this evening, but can't seem to use my main Nintendo account which is set to a 15 year old. When logging in the following message pops up:
"Before you can use this service with your Nintendo account, a parent or guardian in your family group must place your account under supervision, and then agree to share your account information. Note: your family group must be managed by someone aged 18 or older."
I've tried to add a user aged 20 to the family group, made it admin of the group and it is listed as parent/guardian, but I have no idea where to change those 'permissions'.
Can anyone help?
