Homebrew Nintendo 3DS problem

I have formartert my Nintendo 3DS since I was going to sell it but then i dropped it and now i want to jailbreaket it again. I follow everything but then i get this error
Please help my with this.
I get this error after launch Steel Driver Sub Wars and I follow Frogminer guide.

Umm, if you just formatted your 3ds, you didn't uninstall cfw. You probably still have it installed and you don't know it.
Or i just didn't get what you meant by your message.

No, No. Before you followed the guide, did you just format the SD card, Or did you uninstall Boot9strap and Luma?

Try the following:
Shut down your 3ds.
Hold Select and boot it while still holding Select.
Did you enter Luma config?

CFW is still stored on your system, look like you need to figure out what causing your system to crash.

But it crashes only with Sub Wars right? If CFW is already installed, You don't need the game.

Well it is probably the file that he trigger with sub wars that causing it to crash, as it looks like he already has CFW there is no need to do CFW setup again, he just gonna have to the finalizing step again.
