I have one last question though, in the last steps of the guide it says to reinstall tickets, I dont know what tickets are, but I just did it to complete the guide, so I did that install and delete all tickets option, then it asked me if I want to installing tickets from CDN, I just accepted it without second thought, and while it is installing the tickets, I read the guide again and it says I need to decline the tickets from CDN, so I immediately cancel the operation and try to install and delete all tickets while declining CDN but now there is no option to install and delete all tickets, did I messed it up? Are there any negative effects? Any ways I can go back and install and delete all tickets again while declining CDN? Thanks!

I did the same thing too. To my understanding that would only matter if you previously bought eshop games.
When I saw in the guide it said to decline I cancelled and redid the "install and delete all ticket" while declining the CDN
