Cubic ninja was only avaliabe on japan e-shop (AFAIK) it was taken down. If you have a Japan e-shop version then yes you can. Please read the information o the ninjhax site.
WHen it is cubic ninja on 9.2 U/E/J or below it will work

Reading through here, it seems no one has the same predicament though some people have yeilded the same results as this one.

My friend ordered cubic Ninja, it came but it's German so a PAL copy, the 3DS he's trying to run it on is also PAL.

It loads to 100%, then hangs for a couple seconds, goes back to home and gives the error message 'an error has occured, the system will now restart'

I can't see this being a problem with region though since they're both pal. Is there some kind of update to the homebrew launcher file we can try? or an older version of it? or is there only one version? The firmware is a-ok at 9.2.0.20E too so that can't be the problem. Confusion is the word that springs to mind!

I sorta have the same problem. Whenever I try to scan the QR code it just gives me an error message and i have to reboot the console. I have a PAL NN3DSXL and a pal cubic ninja retail card. I made sure all the files are there and I even followed the video tutorial step by step and still nothing! What should I do?

Hey, it turned out that the problem back then for us was just a failed download.

The files seemed to download correctly, but one of the files was actually corrupted. Re-downloading the files fixed it for us

Make sure wifi is turnet on.

Make sure to use ninjhax 2.1, not the link it OP. Smea's server is unstable.
