Hacking New Wii U user

Hello to everybody. I recently bought a new Wii U, it came with 5.3.0U firmware version, and I succesfully blocked the necessary url's, using opendns.
I want to play some games online (COD Black Ops II and Monster hunter), as far as I know those games can be played online without updating.

My problem is that I need a Nintendo Network ID, every time I'm going to create one the wii u try to update and obviously fails. How can I create a Nintendo Network ID without updating my console?.

Not to mention you also need to now be on the latest firmware to do anything regarding online now besides web browsing.
