Hacking New Wii Question.

Hey guys I was here yesterday with some questions and now I'm back. xD
This time the question is quiet simple.
But do new Wii's come with firmware 4.3 already or not? If so will I still be able to soft mod it?

Huh? There is no 4.3.

If you mean 4.2, I don't think all Wiis have it yet, and even if they do, it's 100% softmoddable but you will not have the ability to play disc-based backups.

Really? I've been reading around about the firmware I guess they were all just assumptions and plans.
Anyways thanks. Also are you able to reformat Wii's like the xbox and ps3?
