the compatibility list isn't clear enough. what region console are those games tested on? NTSC or PAL?

Then enlighten us, give us a detailled list of compatibility between PAL, NTSC-U & NTSC-J consoles and more information about this so called "E-Wii" because there is No information about it, except here and in yyjoy.
Without such things we will assume its another "Chinese Copy".

I dont like it, i have seen 3 to 5 Chips looking exactly the same as Wiid but an other name i have the idea its just wannebe chips with edited firmware
