Hacking New WADs won't work

Let me start by saying that I don't know much about hacking (hardly anything), and this is why I'm here to get some help. Hopefully someone can solve my problem.

As the topic title says I can't get newer WADs to work. Casltevania Rebirth won't install. I have the newest WAD manager (1.5 i believe). If I remember correctly I get the ERROR! (ret = 2011) or something similiar to that. When I tried researching about this problem I found out that I need cIOS 249, but after reading some more I gave up because my head couldn't keep up with all the information. How do I install cIOS 249?

I have a european Wii, and the system firmware is 3.2E. Hopefully someone can help!

@fivex, how do u tell some1 that flaming is not necessary when u don't even know the cios# yourself? You fail too, lol, but thats okay

(hey, aren't I allowed allowed to be an asshole sometimes too? lol, how else will i be able to frustrate noobs as much as they frustrate me!)
