New to ripping & looking for decent Switch music ripping tutorials

Hi, as the title suggests I'm fairly new to music ripping & I'm looking for any good tutorials or tips for Switch games because I'm not having any luck so far. I have rom dumps already of a couple titles (Mario Kart Live & Cruis'n Blast) but I can't figure out where any of the music is located in either package, nor do I know how to even read those files. Any help from someone more experienced in this realm is much appreciated.
