Hacking New super mario bros wii save problem

I screwed up my hard drive that had new super mario bros wii on it and now the games gone. so i downloaded it again and put it on the drive went to play it and my saved games arn't there i get 3 choices of new, new and new. so i check data management in wii settings and my save is there so why wont it appear when im playing the game. I hope i don't have to start the game all over again i was on world 8.

damn i never thought about that. I can't actually remember what region i had before. If it was is there no way i can change the save from PAL to NTSC. if you get me

no. They're not compatible. I would guess this is your problem. Just "aquire" the proper region for your save and you should be fine.

If you look in the main thread for this game, someone explains how to make a pal save work with ntsc game.

Just redownloaded the game, its not that big anyway....

Or you can always snatch someone else's save...

Scrubbed version is about 260Mb?

if someboby interested: i've a PAL save game (game finish, level 9 unlocked, but only the first lv)

Yeah, use Waninkoko's save maanger (or something like that), and hexedit title id to match the region of the game, then put it back in the wii

Sorry to hear about your luck hope it all works out but if not just copy this text to notepad and use a Code Manager app to generate a GCT file and load it using NeoGamma or Usb Loader of your choice (that supports occarina cheats l(ike Usb Loader CFG is what i use in the vid below) also if your using the ORIGINAL (like anyone here does that! lol) you can load the cheats AND MORE CHEATS AT ONCE W/ MORE STABILITY using Gecko OS
