It would be cool in English, but it probably wouldnt happen, I think in a part you need to speak in Japanese to the person you are dating and it would be tricky for the Company to change it to english.

It wouldn't be too difficult, plus they could offer up what you can say to her anyways, since it's limited. Then, just subtitle it.
Second option, subtitle it, but plug in an understanding of the English language, so they know what you're saying (for the most part).
