Gaming New laptop no sound

I got a new laptop and i've been using it since friday without any issue, today before having lunch everything fine, after that it doesnt detect the sound card, like if it was removed.

Any help?

Reset the laptop. The sound drivers may have crashed when loading.

This is a definite case of the sound card thief being at it again.
