Homebrew New 3DS XL bricked?

Hi.

I followed the guide @ https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki
And I think I did a bad mistake.
I was at Part 5 for Luma3DS: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Part-5-(arm9loaderhax-&-Luma3DS)
Section VI - 6.
So my 3DS was running EmuNand9, I was in the SD-Unplug mode.
I pushed start to reset while my SD-Card was still out of the 3DS.
It turned off, but doesn't turn on again.
When I press the Power-Button the blue LED will turn on for a half second and then off again.
Screen stays black, no sounds.
I tried charging the 3DS for 45min now, but still nothing happens.
Do you have any idea what happend or what I could try to do?

because you have a9lh already. You cannot boot without the sdcard or without having the .bin bootloaders

You don't have arm9loaderhax.bin on the root of your SD card.

O M G !!!
I guess my cardreader damaged the filesystem somehow...
I plugged my cardreader into the pc but couldn't access the files on the sd-card X_X_X_X
So I had to format it again and copy all my files back on it.
I did so and now everything works again.
Jesus Christ, I went almost crazy because of that X_X
