Haven't seen anything on it. Its probably gonna be a no but can the gateway downgrade the new 3dses to 4.1-5. I know with systems like ps3 they have a base firmware and can't go lower than what they started with from factory.

Yeah I really don't know my smash bros 3ds had a higher FW brand new and was able to go to 4.1 so idk.
