Well I've played up to the beginning of Part 2 (after only playing barely an hour, this is going to be a short game). First off, I gotta say, it IS as good as IGN says for the most part, though if you've played and beaten this on the PC or another console, than this version is merely a novelty. The offscreen fighting doesn't get on my nerves, or really happen all THAT often, but sometimes you can get hit before you really know where it's coming from. The game is layed out just like the original version, only isometric, so the view is limited and the camera moves kind of erratically when you change direction. I think it's really great that they kept all the naughtiness in from the previous incarnations. I'm surprised they were able to get away things like Rico's 'implied' blowjob, and fighting him while his pants are around his ankles. There's a lot of gore (assuming you keep that enabled) and the envorinment is surprisingly destructable, for a GBA game. You can shoot holes in walls, blow up water coolers and corkboards, etc. At first I thought the game was just way too hard, but I just needed to get used to aiming in certain directions, and instictively using bullet time every time the battle music comes on. If I had to sum the game up in a single word, it would be 'surprising.' They really did replicate the feel of the original only on a very limited piece of hardware. It's not a perfect experience by any stretch of the imagination, but it's still pretty true to the Max Payne that we've all come to love.
only ps5 updated to latest firmware can go on psn, jailbroken ones just don't use psn or they risk getting flagged or banned, altho spouting profanity in online play alredy does that

What's the point of video games? Kids playing video games won't be as hardened as the previous ones getting shoved down a hillside.
