Anyone else having issues with Netflix on their Wii U's? I always have to re-download it as it seems to NEVER load. I can try starting Netflix, but all I get is a blank screen and forced to hard reset my Wii U. Then remove it from the system and re-download. It has been happening since... two updates ago? Which ever one was the one that sped up the load times.

So yeah, anyone else getting this issue as well?

Weird, Netflix works fine on my Wii-U's and my Wii's... (yes multiple of each.)

Maybe you should run a speed test on your connection and try rebooting your router?

Yep, I've been having issues with it for months with the same terrible 'solution'--if you Google around, we're not alone.

(Amazon Prime, etc., works great, tho.)

Some ISP's throttle Netflix, or torrents... Netflix works fine on my connection but when I tried to download a torrent file of any kind my speed would drop to something like 300K a second... I replaced my modem and router with one from Newegg and now Netflix works fine as usual but now I can torrent at 1.2MBs while having 2 streams from Netflix hitting my network at the same time.

The issue isn't the service it self. On my tablet, my phone, my computer, my 3DS, all of those run their respective Netflix apps just fine (well, with a little bit of fiddling from time to time on the 3DS one), just not the Wii U.

Yeah, same here: I can run Netflix off of two different tablets, a phone, PSV, 3DS, PS3, notebook and Roku fine, so it's something with the app--or one of the fw updates broke it.

Never had issues with Netflix but I stopped using it because my sound system doesn't support the Wii U surround output.

I have the same problem but there's an easy work-around. Open up a game or an other piece of software such as Miiverse and then start up Netflix, it'll load up just fine.

I have that same problem, if you google the issue you will find many others with it as well. I have to delete all netflix stuff then redownload for it to work again.

I've seen that there was an update to the Wii U Netflix app. I wonder if it fixed the issue...
