I'm looking for anyone who is willing to PM me a clean vIOS35 since that's the only thing I need to fix.
Ever since my WiiU decided to not be able to update, I've run into a panic. I really want to start playing my WiiU games that require updates again. Thank you for taking your time to read this.

Download Nus Downloader.(http://wiibrew.org/wiki/NUS_Downloader)
Open Nus Downloader.
Type in this title 0000000700000023 and this version 3864.
select pack as wad.
click Start NUS Download.
Install the wad with yawmm.(http://www.hacksden.com/showthread.php/7241-YAWMM-DE-English-Translation-Project?p=46412#post46412)
Ill give it a try, thanks.
Just checking, Is it alright to use wads from this for the Virtual Wii in the WiiU. I've used NUS Downloader before on the original wii, but will these wads from the downloader be compatible for the VWii? Because I heard from another thread to use I had to find a Vwii version of the wad I need.

Yes it's a vWii version here you can check it: http://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database
vWii titles are on the page bottom.

No you must use the standard!(HW_AHBPROT) Yes you must install the downloaded wad.

DO NOT INSTALL vWII IOS DOWNLOADED FROM NUS.
You will brick even more.

Thanks for trying to help the user, but you are worsening things.
It's written in the "do or do not" sticky thread : DO NOT re-install a WAD version of the IOS if you didn't use YetAnotherBlueDumpModto create it.

Maybe it's not easy to understand that it means "don't use anything else to create the wad" ?
So for safety, I just added more warnings, there's now a "do not use NUSD" and "do not repack wads from NAND dump".

Please, I hope you didn't install that wad :(

if you followed guides to softmod your vWii, did you followed the step telling you to backup ALL your IOS using YetAnotherBlueDumpMod?
If you did, it's the one you have to reinstall.
ALL other IOS wad files files are bad. Downloaded from NUS (wrong key) or extracted from NAND dump are not valid files.

Just for understanding:
Why did you replace IOS35?
Which guide did you follow which told you that you needed to replace IOS35? Which website? which tools?
That's not the first time that IOS35 is replaced with an old Wii IOS, I would like to understand what is the cause of this replacement. user's fault or wrong guide somewhere.
please, don't tell me youtube...

Thanks for the info.
checked it myself yet the blue dump and the nus one have different crc32.
Can false IOS 35 brick the vWii?

usually, IOS which are not loaded shouldn't brick at boot.
like his current one, it's not a good one but he can still go into vWii.
As long as IOS80 is good, it should boot correctly into vWii, but I saw users reporting they fully bricked their vWii. I don't know how.

But with a bad vWii IOS, you can't update WiiU.
you need a "clean" vWii IOS for WiiU side.

wow, really? Unfortunately I've already done what wj44 has suggested and already used the NUS version. The WiiU now manages to download updates and install that update and seems to be fine now, But I can no longer run syscheck for some reason, running Syscheck just freezes the WiiU. I will replace the NUS one with the one You sent me.
Seemed the WiiU updates needed to see that all of my IOSs were vIOSs.
And for the reason for replacing IOS35? yea, you guessed it, youtube. Back then, thought it to be easier to see someone else do the steps to softmod the WiiU right in a video tutorial. I'll probably stay away from hacking anything precious to me for awhile now.
Thanks for the help you all provided for me.

ah, so using the IOS from NUS was enough to update wiiU?
that's strange, but thanks for telling me.

@Cyan
Is it possible to to do nand restore on vWii(http://wii.scenebeta.com/noticia/simple-nand-converter).
On the german Wii forum there's a member who can repair bricked wiiu's with the keys.bin.(http://forum.wii-homebrew.com/index.php/User/14217-Crypto/)
and Bluedump ones are clean IOS's?
NAND restore is possible using hardware.
software is "possible" but unreleased due to danger to do it if not bricked, and if you bricked you can't do it anyway.

bluedump can extract Titles either clean or patched.
you can choose if you want to fakesign or not when you dump them.
We added a step in the two softmod guide we have on this forum to dump all IOS with real-sign to fix cases like this.

But I thought WiiU wouldn't updated with the IOS using wrong key. I learned something today :p

I find myself in this same situation :(. Not sure why vIOS35 was changed in the first place, but I need help! Is anybody available that can help me solve this by sending me a "clean" vIOS35 (and maybe explaining how one goes about installing it)? I would be eternally grateful! Hope someone sees this post, figured I'd start here first, before starting a new thread.

Thank you SO much for your response! I ran SysChech HDE and here are the results, don't see anything mentioning "Beer Ticket" though:
