Another option is to reset the Switch with Tegra Explorer.
The latest version has fixed the bricking issue.

Second the TegraExplorer option. It has a system wipe script which I recently used to fix a ballsed up SysNand. I had an Emunand backup which I restored to the Sysnand partition, then wiped everything with TegraExplorer to start from scratch. Works like a charm and no bans in the 7 years i've owned the console.

Edit: There were no mandatory updates for this method either. The EmuNand backup was on a lower FW version than the broken SysNand.

Thank you all for your help.
Tegraexplorer did as expected. Also, I needed a new microSD card. The old one remained unused for a long while (about a year) and I think some sector became damaged (I was unable to copy some files on my PC, even if they were readable)
I bought a new one and installed hekate, atmosphere, tegra and all. I deleted all data on the Switch and it was all good then.

I just came back from selling my Switch, a few games (physical) and a couple of accessories for a bit over 600$ (CAD).
