Hacking Need some advice please

So I have A9LH and Luma on a new3ds xl. I want to hack my brothers old3ds. I have LoE on my new3ds NNID. I saw that region changing would unlink your NNID, so I thought, maybe if I just changed the Region, I could use that NNID on my brothers 3ds! Well, I did it, when I try to sign in to it on the old 3ds, it says it's still in use, but I can't sign into it on my new3ds, which means that it was unlinked...any help?

The only ways to move an NNID to another console are system transfer (impossible here, you can't transfer new->old), or calling up Nintendo. You should be able to sign back in with the NNID if you put everything back the way it was, format, then try to sign back in. Nintendo seem to be refusing to transfer NNIDs that have Fieldrunners/LoE etc so don't get up too much hope.

Yeah, I called them 2 days ago, will a data transfer keep going on weekends? I haven't gotten an email saying they couldn't do it or that they have.
