Hello, so i backed up my saves for my cartridge for Ultra Moon by Checkpoint. Now when i put the cartridge on another console, the cartridge game doesn't load and crashes the console. Any solutions?

What error does it show when that happens?

when i boot the cartridge in another console, the screen just stays black after the 3ds splash and crashes, but if i boot the cartridge on my own system, the one i backed up the save with, it boots like normal

Seems like a save initiation issue to me. Restore your dumped save, using Checkpoint again on the cartridge and then try it in another system. Your backup will stay intact, it won't delete the backup upon restoring it.

Also make note that Pokemon USUM/SUMO use EMM and ALWAYS take a few minutes of a black screen before they boot on O3DS/2DS consoles.
