Hacking Need Help

Hey guys, I'm at a loss as to what my problem may be.
A few months ago I successfully soft modded my wii and everything was going great. USB Loader GX worked fine, and I was able to play games from my WBFS formatted USB stick. Until recently, when suddenly I load USB Loader GX and it errors (something about waiting for HDD, and that usb loader gx requires at least cios 222 or 245-250).

I have tried reinstalling USB Loader GX, installing 2dx ios (which errors as well)
I have also got a message saying that ios 249 is a stub, please reinstall.

How do I repair this issue? It's causing a really big headache.

(re)install a cios
if you don't know how remod via modmii

Yeah, you probably updated the Wii by accident. I'd recommend running ModMii for Windows and just telling it your Wii has never been modded before. That way it will overwrite your current (broken) softmod with one that is more complete than it was when you first started and will even block future updates and avoid this problem in the future.
