Hacking need help with usb loader

i have a 500 gb hard drive that i can hook up to my wii. the only problem is that 150 gb is used and i cant find a free partion program.
maybe a tutorial on youtube any help would be appreciated

Should be able to partition it in windows disk management. Saying that, I've always used partition magic for partitioning needs.
