I updated my luma 3ds payload but when I go to settings the "emu" part of my emunand doesn't show up. I can access sysnad but why doesn't it say emunand

I believe Aurora changed something with the version strings, you should go check the changelog!
I'm not sure what Luma3DS is supposed to display for the emunand version. I'd recommend just updating to a9lh so you don't have to worry about such things.
I figured it out apparently when I set emunand to 2 it works (I think correct if I'm worn because I would like to know)
