Are you sure you didn't update it? 11.2 came out not to long ago and no consoles should have it new. Did you buy refurbished? Those are always updated.

I am going to assume they didn't get it from a big box retail store, since they said they got it shipped they didn't physically get it from the case. Chances are since nintendo doesn't put tamper stickers on the boxes like the o3ds it was updated before shipping for whatever reason

I'm afraid you have to wait for Sky3DS, they are most likely working on it. Those two are a bitch to load on a O3DS so a poor flashcard probably have a hell of a time to boot it.

It's funny that i though the whole point of the usb function was so this would never happen. I will laugh my ass off if their v4 card fixes it via buying another card
