ROM Hack Need help with a Wii Party U modification.

Hello, I've unfortunately got a Japanese unit Wii U. Basically (as in the thread i posted a long time ago) when tried to load from other regions (like USA or PAL) it cannot load Mii data. The game works perfectly except the Miis.
Now to come up a solution, I've been trying to mod the Japanese version instead. I could easily change the strings and the color files (? msbp file) and the base text works normal.
Here is my problem: I can't find the custom (?) text. What I mean is shown in the below pictures:

I couldn't find these "big" strings in the game files. In Wii Party, it was categorized in `locale/xx_YY` and the files in there were overwritten to the root directory

Can anyone help me finding these files? Any help is appreciated.

Solution: Switching to Aroma and using its region-free plugin with the EUR version is the best choice as of now.

This is in .bin file.
The file type is .arc. it can be extracted to switch toolbox.
