You shouldn't be using exFAT, that is the root of your problem since it cause corruption, everything can be done on FAT32.
not realy trans

You should learn to install games via usb install via connecting a cable to a computer, you can install games larger than 4GB this way without the need to take out sd card from the switch, which will help you in the long run by not damaging that sd card slot.

Only a few switch files exceed 4gb... And you can install them in a fat32 sd card too...
most games installed passed 4gb, pokemons and others is 7 to 20gb is one fie cant break them

Setup DBI Installer on your switch, open up DBI Installer, open up MTP responder, I believe you need to have the switch driver installed, so you might have to use tegrasmashgui and zadig to troubleshoot that if needed.

https://github.com/rashevskyv/dbi/releases/tag/527

If you can get dbi to open up MTP responder on your computer, then backup the contents on the SD card and format it to FAT32, 32kb cluster.

on summary, your format (ExFAT) will cause corruption sooner or latter so is better you use Fat32, the size of games do not matter because the installation procedure of Ninty use only files less of 4GB.

As stated you should use better DBI or similar installer. I personally use DBI as MTP server and install via USB cable, it works easy and fast. you also can use DBI as a FTP server to install games.

at this time you should try to convert your card format, and/or reinstall affected games and Sigpatches.

On MTP server mode you don't see a Drive, your OS see a new MTP device.

On normal mode you need a backend software at your PC.

you can use it needs a driver They can be installed through the Zadig program, more information on the ENG readme of DBI:

https://github.com/rashevskyv/dbi/blob/main/README_ENG.md

and the installation of drivers can be look on the thread https://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-to-setting-up-dbi-installer-over-usb.591075/page-5#post-10073789
