ROM Hack Need help setting up pokemon umbra moon....

I've gone through the steps but at the end when the all_in_one.bin does the rebuild of my cia it goes through the motions and says it's done but there is no modified rom.cia what is the hold up? The cia I used is a dump from my retail cartridge

Don't bump your threads unless you have something important to say. Saying "bump" is not an important message and bumping your own threads soon after their creation is frowned upon and won't make them be posted to sooner. So neither nova sun or umbra moon are making the modified cia for me..... I still have no clue what's going on.....
