Homebrew [Need help] RxTools crash at first launch

Hello guys, i was following this guide : ☆

The first 2 steps went fine, but in the section 3° "Launch rxTools for the first time!" when i have to go
to https://dukesrg.github.io/?rxTools/sys/code.bin he try to load rxtools.dat and then just crash and bring me back to the home screen.
I tought that was about a wrong version of Internet Browser but i have the 1.7567 and this one should be fine, any suggest? Thanks in advance ^^

(My 3ds firmware is 9.2.0-20E)

Did you downgrade to 9.2? Maybe you have an incomplete downgrade. There's a homebrew downgrade checker you can use in that case.

I think you do right step.
But you can boot rxTools from Homebrew Launcher, it could be easier

I think you'll have to update to 10.7 and downgrade again. But wait for confirmation. Possibly another option is to buy a paid entry point (cubic ninja, OoT & power saves, or Sky3DS to emulate a cubic ninja) if your browser won't work (might be more or less palatable than upgrading depending on your circumstances).
