Hacking Need help running GBA games.

I have looked everywhere, on this site and google, and I CANNOT for the life of me find the correct way to get my EZFlash to run a GBA rom.

I have a EZFlash Vi 3in1.

Please, put me out of my stupidity.

I've tried placing it in a GBA folder, I've tried R+A, I've tried Nor and PSram modes both. Nothing seems to work...
