Hacking Need help installing epsp bubble installer

Hi so i am trying to install epsp bubble installer and i downloaded the vpk and installed it and ran and press x to install it and it rebooted and when i open it again it says i dont have psn activated on my vita.....can anyone help me with it to get it to work....

Note:I havent logged into my psn account on this psvita....

install henkaku and activate your vita, you can spoof your firmware with it.

I have henkaku already installed how to activate it?

Go into the settings, there's an option to activate there. Make sure you have PSN spoofing enabled.

I havent signed into an psn account on this vita should i go into setting and sign into my account or do i have to restore my vita then login to my account plz clarify this...
