Homebrew Need help getting bunjalloo working

I'm running an R4SDHC using verion 1.36b and when i load bunjalloo this comes up

/data/bunjalloo exists Failed

i've got bunjalloo set up like this

uderlined being folders and the .nds

can any one tell me whats going wrong and who i can fix it

put the bunjalloo folder inside the data folder.
