Belongs in there. But who cares. Intentional or not, that flying car stuff SHOULD be left in the game.
Just seen the cop cars, THAT should be left in the game as well!

Either way the glitch (debatable) doesn't adversely affect actual game play, but the tornado-cops was hilarious
