Somehow google seems to be not available in your country or household (or you are too lazy to use it).
You said you're doing this for a friend. So i guess you got some games yourself. Why don't you just extract the needed IOS16 from one of your games? (TruchaSigner or WiiScrubber would be glad to get used by you)

Ask the maker of the downgrading guide. he says specifically that he'll PM them to you.

Seriously, Don't expect most people here to give you the files you need, this place is great but when it comes to stuff like help, They aren't the quickest to perform.

IOS16 is only inside of the Backup Disc from "N", the pink gay fish (also known), and some people have managed to patch the IOS15 to transform it into IOS16 but there is 3 kinds of IOS15 so it is hard to get, but forget it I'd already send him the link....!!!

@ether
really? on the gayfish only? .. i had a game i needed to patch which had a lot of IOS' in it, i thought i saw 16, but ok

@Phratt
this place IS good for help (in fact, 3 gbatemp members, including djdynamite, helped me in the past), but for real problems, not for just beeing too lazy finding files.
help on gbatemp is guaranteed, but don't espect everything shoved into your a**, you need to do at least SOMEthing yourself
(first and most simple thing is using google)

Yeah but google isn't perfect.

I highly doubt most of the info and files you've obtained, were a result of look through dozens of pages of text. Most people here get stuff as they happen in real time, and those of us unfortunate to be there are stuck getting the generic "Google is your friend" or "Theres a search button for a reason", as if searching is actually accurate.

Luckily Ironmask always is willing to PM you the files you need, which i'm quite find of. Emperor canada was also the one to give me the files I needed.

Actually!

if you still need the files, I can give them to you, I just remembered I had them in my inbox.

I stopped counting PM's i've sent with links/files. (Almost) everybody here does help with pm's but i'm not the only one who sees the difference between a helpless and a lazy dude.

There is no excuse for google is not helping you, you just need to know how to use it. Just searching for "stuff" gives you pages with "stuff" and a lot of unneeded stuff about "stuff"

... when searching like "stuff, rapidshare" or "stuff, megaupload" helps much more!
