Gaming NDS games recommendations for 3 yr old?

This, but search for EC (early childhood) games. The movie rating system does not apply to video games.

Nintendogs isn't all that child friendly.

Three year olds lack the motor skills necessary to play Super Mario Bros. I hate it when people reply to these and don't know what they're talking about.

Wario Ware Touched has some good mini games that a three year old can play. He/she will have fun rolling around the snowball or changing the chameleon background. The flower game in Mario 64 was also a favorite here. Both of these are games they will grow into.

The I Did It, Mom! games in Europe are also pretty good. It has some basic coloring and music stuff that's intuitive and requires no reading. They also made a storybook game that reads aloud.

If your cousin is a girl, Princess Lilifee is another European game worth looking into.

My niece is 5 and she likes Zhu Zhu Pets. I'm not sure if your cousin would like it, but it's entertaining. There's also Madagascar and Backyardigans.

3 years old? Yikes that's young, Hmm. Well, just turn the thing off and hand it to him to chew on, just make sure to remove the stylus to avoid a choking hazard.

What? I'm serious! Ok, no I'm not. Colors homebrew. Kids like to draw, he'll have fun with that.

My Niece turned four in November and likes messing about with my DS. She's useless at using the D-pad and buttons, she doesn't fully comprehend how they work. What she likes doing is playing with the stylus so I would reccomend stylus heavy games. She enjoyed a DS homebrew called Colors, which is a mini paint application, Let's Draw which a pretty decent colouring game of sorts and she likes Super Scribblenaughts as she can just create what she wants. SS is fantastic as it aides her imagination and is a great way for her to improve her vocabulary.
