But I don't see the point why would you want the cart with built-in memory, when there are microSD cards up to 8 GB in size, and soon to be released 16 GB!!

Buy an M3 Real, and a 8Gb MicroSD. It costs a bit more, but you get the same/ish flashcard, and extra features as well as Sakura.
Even better, if you lose the reader, you won't hav to buy another card!
