Hacking NDS full compatability carts?

Is the DS-Extreme the only card that supports full compatability for multiplayer games? (flash to unflash, unflashed to flashed, unflashed to unflashed, flashed to flashed & download play)
Are there any others (including slot 2) that support games like the DS-X?

I do know that an original game (hosting) to a passme (joining) works.

I'd like to know what products out there let you use wifi from a rom to a normal ds with a original game.

Well, every flash cart I've tried lets you play multiplayer through local wireless and online with people that play on originals.
