ROM Hack NAND dump without hardmod

Hello.
Is possible to do dump of NAND at 9.9.0 without hardmod at n3ds ?

downgrade to 9.2 with sysupdater -> homebrew launcher (browserhax) -> sysNand dump with gateway launcher or EmuNand9

But I think he wants to dump the nand before downgrading. Anyway I suggest using sysupdater and not safesysupdater.

I'm pretty sure the op wants to dump the nand BEFORE they downgrade. Otherwise they would have downgraded already

@DrCrygor07, yeah. I want to create dump before downgrading. First, i want to update to 10.3 and from there i want downgrade to 9.2. Unfortunatelly, rxTools and Gateway works only at 9.2 :/
I'd hear that downgrading from 10.3 is safer than from 9.9

It installs native firm at some weird point and it has been causing soft bricks

Don't need to post 3 times, sirrr.. And I've not had soft bricks with safesysupdater... On the 5 systems I've used it on..
